Refunds & Cancellations

We're confident EquipBook will save you money on equipment deals. If you sign up for a Business ($399/mo) or Pro ($699/mo) subscription and decide it's not for you within the first 14 days, email hello@equipbook.ai with your account email and we'll process a full refund within 5 business days. No questions, no friction.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings, or by emailing hello@equipbook.ai. When you cancel:

• You retain full access through the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again at the next renewal
• Your data (Vault entries, valuations, service records) remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days
• You can re-subscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off

Single Reports ($99) and 3-Packs ($249) are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the report has not been downloaded as PDF. Once a report is downloaded, the value has been delivered and we cannot refund.

If you experienced an error during checkout or received a duplicate charge, email us immediately and we'll process a refund regardless of download status.

If you switch to an annual plan and want to cancel mid-year, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, minus any annual-plan discount you received. Contact us at hello@equipbook.ai to request a prorated refund.

Dealer subscriptions (Business / Pro) include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. After the trial ends, the standard 14-day money-back guarantee applies if you decide to cancel after being charged.

If you onboarded inventory or set up a branded widget, your data remains accessible during the cancellation grace period (90 days) so you can export it if needed.

We'd much rather hear from you directly than receive a Stripe chargeback. If you're unhappy for any reason, email hello@equipbook.ai first — we respond within 24 hours and have a 100% refund-resolution rate when contacted directly.
