  • Equipment valuation data is retained to improve our valuation models and may be stored in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely.
  • Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of each third-party analytics provider.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information from our systems.
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
  • Opt-out of retargeting: Manage your ad preferences through your browser cookie settings or through the ad platforms directly (Meta Ad Preferences, Google Ad Settings).

These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database hosting through Supabase, and access controls for our internal systems.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information:
