Lead form data (name, email, phone) is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.
Equipment valuation data is retained to improve our valuation models and may be stored in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of each third-party analytics provider.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information from our systems.
Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure database hosting through Supabase, and access controls for our internal systems.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information:

Right to know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
